I am pretty knowledgeable about computers; however, I kept getting an error message up that I could not fix. I spoke to Hewlett Packard the manufacturer of my computer for over 5 hours and together we could not resolve the problem.
I then searched the Internet and came across zuuAssist. I thought I would give them a try. Even before buying their service they were willing to try and resolve my problem.
The staff at zuuAssist could not have been more helpful. They remotely accessed my computer and talked with HP about the problem and then fixed it for me. It took over 4 hours of solid work – and at this point I was not even committed to being a customer.
I immediately bought the support service for a year, which is great value for only £99.90. Had I got an IT engineer in it would have cost me about £200 to fix this one problem and I am not even convinced they would have been able to fix the problem.
I would recommend anyone at home or in a small business that has a computer to sign up straight away. The service is professional and just knowing they are there anytime give me great comfort.
We are only a small company and do not have a VPN; however, I work from home on average 1 or 2 days a week. I used to always have to remember to email myself all the documents I would need to work on when out of the office.
However, since having zuuRemote recommended to me I do not need to spend 15 minutes each time I leave the office to make sure I have everything I need.
I just leave my work PC on and log into it from home and can see everything I would see at work.
My productivity has soared.

I recently purchased a new computer and at the same time signed up for zuuAssist.
The zuuAssist staff moved all of my data across from my old computer to my new laptop. Since then I have had a number of small problems that I could not solve. In the past I would have just carried on with the problems building because my local IT shop charges £50 an hour.
Now, however small my problem I call zuuAssist anytime of day or night and they remotely access my computer and fix my problems straightaway.
I cannot recommend zuuAssist highly enough to anyone.

In late February I was having problems with my computer, it was slowing down and it seemed to have some spyware on it and I was getting concerned.
I came across an online advert for zuuAssist, who were offering to do a free check-up on my computer. I registered and was immediately telephoned and talked through the whole process. The check-up took about an hour, during which zuuAssist accessed my computer over the Internet.
I felt great comfort knowing they would take over the managing of my computer, something I was not comfortable doing and that I could call them at anytime if I had a problem or just a query. For example I want to change my ISP from AOL and they very quickly sent a comparison with a couple of options.
In conclusion, I could not recommend zuuAssist highly enough and I now feel I have IT experts on-hand whenever I need them.
